Take a step in a new direction with Step Toenail Fungus research Study
Thank you for your interest in the Step Onychomycosis (Toenail Fungus) Clinical Research Study!
This clinical research study is evaluating the safety and effectiveness of a new investigational device to determine if it improves toenail fungus. It is DIFFERENT than other treatment options currently on the market such as creams or ointments, oral medications, or lasers.
The investigational device utilizes a new technology called atmospheric plasma, which produces very little heat and is easy to apply, provided by the MOE Plasma Treatment System™.
The Step Clinical Research Study is currently enrolling men and women, ages 18 to 70, with at least one big toenail that is 25 - 60% affected by toenail fungus. If you would like to consider a potentially less time-consuming, alternative treatment for your toenail fungus that doesn’t involve daily ointments or lasers, click here to see if you might prequalify!
ABOUT
TOENAIL FUNGUS
Onychomycosis, or toenail fungus, is the most common disease of the nails and accounts for almost half of all nail abnormalities. It can cause discoloration, brittleness, inflammation, pain, loss of feeling in feet or toes, embarrassment, and difficulty walking. The longer the fungus goes untreated, the longer it may take to remedy, and the more widespread or painful the infection can become across your feet and hands. If you have toenail fungus, the Step Clinical Research Study is enrolling now.
